Bill Palmer

Bill has capturing the world with a camera for over 30 years. He shoots almost exclusively Fuji X for mono, travel and street and describes himself as a "Gentleman Amateur", photographing for enjoyment rather than personal gain.

He started using Fuji X Series cameras and lenses in 2012; today it has become his keystone system, giving him the best of both rangefinder and SLR form factors with a single lens mount - something he really appreciates when travelling. Prior to that for the past 20+ years he used Leica R, M and LTM.

Bill was the driving force behind the original Leica Forum Book which raised thousands of pounds for cancer research. He also led one of the 2015 500px Global Photowalks.

Today he is a moderator on both FujiXSpot and the Photographer's Lounge, a regular contributor to on all things Fuji and publishes his photos and writing under the name "Lightmancer".
